3.0 Facility & Testing
Our primary manufacturing and R&D proving ground is located in Priest River, Idaho. At the core of operations is a 3,000 sq. ft. hangar completely dedicated to high-variety prototyping and full-scale production, equipped with advanced metrology and subtractive/additive manufacturing centers.
This is surrounded by a privately owned 42-acre off-grid testing environment that allows for immediate, real-world evaluation of RF signal propagation and mechanical stress tolerances before a product ever goes to market. The grounds feature:
- Extreme Environments: Adjacent 7,000-foot peaks provide high-altitude proving grounds for severe-stress and extreme-temperature testing.
- Weapons Integration: An onsite 5-to-1,000-meter range allows for live-fire weapons platform testing and evaluation of mounted hardware or suppressors.
- Tactical Field R&D: 10 acres of managed forest for evaluating comms hardware and breaching tools under realistic topographical conditions.
- Tier 1 SME Network: We leverage a decades-long, curated network of "tip of the spear" operators. This direct feedback loop allows us to make rapid, combat-driven design adjustments that outpace traditional corporate R&D cycles.
