An easy to use adapter for converting your Baofeng to use a BNC (quick attach,1/4 turn) connector. Use this in conjunction with a Maximus antenna to attach it to your HT (Hand held) radios that have a SMA male connection.
This is better suited to narrow antenna radios like some motorolas and others. It will also work with Boafeng and Anytone.
